Patricia is a Customer Relations Representative who has been helping our customers for over 7 years. Her ethics and relationship building are outstanding! She strives to provide top-notch service to our customer when taking payments, making policy changes, and/or helping them get started with their personal price plan policy. Patricia is especially passionate in educating customer on the importance of having the correct coverage to make sure they are covered in case of a loss. She is licensed in Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Commercial Insurance.

She enjoys spending time with her children, attending music concerts, and cooking on her free time.

Pearl is an up and coming customer service representative known for her exceptional dedication and enthusiasm. When she's not providing top-notch service, she enjoys immersing herself in the world of movies and shows, particularly horror and sci-fi fantasy genres. In her free time, Pearl loves solving puzzle games and tackling large puzzles, showcasing her attention to detail and problem-solving skills. She also finds solace in the pages of a good book, cherishing the moments spent reading and expanding her knowledge. Above all, Pearl's favorite memories and moments are made with her daughter Esmeralda, fueling her passion for creating positive experiences and meaningful connections with customers. Isaak is a dedicated Outside Multiple Line Representative who brings a passion for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our team. Currently attending UTA, he is continuously expanding his knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Outside of work, Isaak indulges in his hobbies, finding joy in baking delicious treats and spending time working on his car. With his commitment to service, technical skills, and diverse range of interests, Isaak adds a unique perspective and valuable skills to our team as an Outside Multiple Line Representative. We are fortunate to have him as a valued member of our team.

Bri is our dynamic multiple line representative who brings energy and enthusiasm to our team. She loves to cook, binge reality TV shows, and go on spontaneous adventures. Bri finds joy in experimenting with new recipes and creating delicious meals. In her downtime, she enjoys indulging in her guilty pleasure of binge-watching reality TV shows. Bri also has a spontaneous spirit and loves going on unplanned adventures, whether it's exploring new hiking trails or discovering hidden gems in her city. Additionally, she is a coffee enthusiast who appreciates the art of brewing a perfect cup of joe. With her dedication to exceptional service and her diverse interests, Bri adds a vibrant presence and a well-rounded perspective to our team as a multiple line representative.

Nicole is a dedicated multiple line representative with a strong background in serving others. As a single mother, she understands the importance of insurance and is passionate about educating families on its benefits. With 6 years of experience as a Navy Electronics Technician, Nicole brings a unique skill set to her role. She values building connections with her customers and treats them like family. Nicole takes pride in helping people achieve their goals and meeting their ever-evolving needs. With her knowledge, dedication, and personal approach, she is a great advisor in the insurance industry.

Janet is our friendly and dedicated customer service representative. She brings a warm and approachable demeanor to every customer interaction, ensuring that each experience is positive and satisfying. Outside of work, Janet enjoys biking, playing the piano, and spending quality time with her daughter. She also has a passion for baking and cooking, finding joy in creating delicious meals. Our team values Janet's commitment to exceptional customer service, combined with her diverse interests and love for her family, making her a great addition to our team.

Yesenia is our office receptionist. She is the friendly face you see when you walk into our office. With her warm personality and knack for organization, she makes sure every visitor and caller feels right at home.

Outside of work, Yesenia is a devoted mom to three amazing kids and a loving wife. She expertly juggles her family life with her professional duties, showing incredible dedication and resilience.

On top of all that, Yesenia is also a small business owner. Her entrepreneurial spirit and business smarts have helped her successfully grow her own venture, proving her versatility and drive.

Jen is our dedicated office assistant with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. She cherishes her almost 12 years of companionship with her loving husband and is the proud mother of a beautiful baby boy. With a passion for making a positive impact on families, Jen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. Her love for fiction reading fuels her imagination and creativity. Jen is excited to learn more about the insurance industry, meet new people, and contribute to a positive work environment. Her diverse skill set make her an invaluable asset to our office.

Ismael is our enthusiastic and creative Marketing Associate. As a senior at the University of Texas at Arlington, he expertly balances his academic commitments with his professional role. When he’s not working or studying, Ismael loves spending quality time with his girlfriend, friends, and family. Whether it’s a casual get-together or an adventurous outing, he cherishes these moments with his loved ones. Ismael also has a passion for cars, especially Miatas. His love for these sporty vehicles is a testament to his appreciation for design, performance, and a bit of fun on the open road.
